About Snowy Cedar Center for Wellness
Healing at the Roof of Our Belonging
Snowy Cedar Center for Wellness was established in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in 2019 by Danielle Foertsch Newman with the mission of offering timeless embodiment and wisdom practices to facilitate belonging on your wellness journey. We want you to feel fully supported to be your authentic self and to heal through belonging. Seeing a client's face light up as they find their rhythm, passion, and joy in everyday life is what fulfills us. Wellness has never been purely about the physical body. Rather, it's about finding ease, peace, and truth as you interact with others and the world each day.
Snowy Cedar Center for Wellness brings a unique approach to wellness ~ one that is focused on belonging, self-trust, shared stories, and embodiment of the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of authentic well-being. We don't look at any aspect of your life in isolation because we believe that healing is not a destination, it is a relationship. A relationship with the body. A relationship with community. A relationship with nature. A relationship with purpose. At the root of each of these relationships is belonging. And where belonging grows, healing follows.
