It’s like Christmas came early this year!
We are pleased to announce that we will be returning to the Coteau des Prairies Lodge near Havana, North Dakota to host a spring yoga and wellness retreat on April 14-16, 2023.
This year we’ll be partnering with local vendors and another yoga instructor to offer a more holistic approach to wellness - all with the intention of helping you relax as we gather in community to start spring off feeling rooted, strong, and stable.
