Join Danielle with Snowy Cedar Center for Wellness for a 60-minute Sunset Soma Yoga practice on the shores of Lake Superior, where the waves meet the sky and the day exhales into night. As the sun dips toward the horizon, we’ll move through gentle somatic explorations and mindful yoga practices designed to release tension, awaken body awareness, and invite a deep sense of ease.

This class blends the softness of seasonal shifts—whether the lake is shimmering in summer light or glowing under autumn skies—with the grounding practice of somatics. You’ll be guided to tune into subtle sensations, move at your own pace, and honor your body’s unique rhythms, supported by the fresh lake air and the colors of the setting sun.

Perfect for all levels, this outdoor experience will leave you restored, centered, and in harmony with the changing seasons.

Bring a mat or blanket, layers for comfort, and an open heart to appreciate the magic of Lake Superior at sunset. Meet at the southwest end of the park near the stair in the photo. Stick around after class to enjoy twilight, conversations, and searching for agates.

$15 class drop-in rate payable via cash or check. Venmo @snowycedarcenter available for advance payment prior to 6pm on day of class only. Save $10 and pay $50 for the entire month of classes prior to first class. If cost is the only thing limiting your participation, please reach out to Danielle to discuss a discounted rate.

In case of inclement weather, class cancellation will be posted on Instagram and Facebook at least 1-hour prior to class start time. Make-up classes will be scheduled in October with a 6pm start time.
